(01)

The brief.

A restaurant loses sales the moment the internet drops, and many cannot justify a monthly cloud subscription for a till.

We designed a POS that runs entirely on the restaurant's local network, with hardware the restaurant already owns: a PC or a tablet with a browser, and standard receipt printers. No proprietary terminal, no account in the cloud, and the data stays on the restaurant's own machine.

It covers the whole service: the till, the kitchen screen, stock and the end-of-shift reports, in French and Arabic.

Rules we designed around

  • The server always computes the final price
  • Staff choose a discount, they never type an amount
  • History is never rewritten, even after an update
  • Every sensitive action is validated and logged
(02)

The work.

A till built for the rush

Checkout by category in one gesture, formulas and packs with configurable components, and coded tickets so any order can be found in an instant. Payments can be split across cash, card and others, with change calculated automatically.

Held orders come back in one action. A partial cancellation after a sale needs the admin's approval and a recorded reason, and every shift closes with a Z report that calculates the variance on its own.

01

A kitchen module

A kitchen display on any tablet, print routing per station such as the grill, the fryer or the bar, and stock that never blocks a sale. Cooks declare a stock-out and the till sees it at once. A strict mode adds lots, expiry dates and first-in-first-out preparation.

02

Many devices, one network

A second till opens from any browser on the network. Each employee signs in with a quick PIN, and each account sees only what it needs: the till, the kitchen, preparation or reports.

03

Reports that owners read

A live dashboard with period comparisons, nine detailed reports on products, hours, employees, formulas, waste and Z, and Excel or PDF exports in the restaurant's own colours and logo.

04

Reliable by design

Protection against accidental duplicates, history that is never rewritten, and a waste log by reason. The system keeps working with no internet, and the data can be exported at any time.

(03)

One licence, three sizes.

Pay once and the software belongs to the restaurant. Assistance and updates are an optional light yearly subscription, and without it the till keeps running.

Essentiel, Pro and Premium

The plans grow with the restaurant, from a snack stand with one till to a multi-till operation with full reporting. Each one is quoted on request, within 24 hours and with no commitment.

Where it stands.

  • The product and its site are live, in French with an Arabic version.
  • The dashboard figures shown in the demos are sample data, not customer results.

We do not publish customer numbers here. They will be added when a restaurant agrees to share them.
